Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Recruiter at Hiret Consulting. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical and leadership roles. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, implement effective recruiting strategies, maintain a pipeline of quality candidates, and provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes

  • Expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for tech, engineering, and leadership roles
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates effectively
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and familiarity with AI-driven recruitment platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
