- You are invited to join the water & waste treatment and reuse market, a rapidly growing industry that contributes to environmental sustainability. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading sales and marketing activities in the field of Water Treatment and waste water treatment. Your primary focus will be on Business Development, lead generation, and Field Marketing to drive growth in the STP segment.
This position requires you to work closely with customers to understand their water & wastewater treatment needs and provide tailored solutions. You should possess a thorough understanding of WTP/ETP/STP processes and have the technical expertise to collaborate with engineering teams in developing the best solutions for clients.
Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling. You will be expected to manage key customer relationships, deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to long-term business growth and expansion.
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of technical service and consultative sales experience in the water & waste water treatment industry is essential. You should also have a strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.

Moreover, your role will involve attending sales meetings, providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting, and developing strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
