Job Title: System Architect

Location: C- Scheme, Jaipur

Experience: 5-7 Years

Working hours: 6 days working

Enterprise & Architecture Design

• Design and define end-to-end system architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, performance, and security across all platforms.

Hybrid Inventory Architecture

• Develop a system to track non-standard, high-value inventory such as unique Jadau pieces, loose gemstones, and raw gold across workshops, vaults, exhibitions, and private viewings.
• Implement RFID/NFC-based tracking for physical inventory security.
  

Digital Vault & Data Integrity

• Architect a high-security digital repository for archival designs, sketches, and historical client records.
• Implement audit trails to track system and data access activities.

Security & Compliance

• Design and enforce strong encryption standards and role-based access controls.
• Ensure protection of HNI (High-Net-Worth) client data and proprietary designs.
• Maintain compliance with financial, tax, and data protection standards.

Omnichannel & System Integration

• Ensure real-time synchronization across showroom tablets, website, CRM systems, and WhatsApp sales catalogs.
• Integrate modern digital tools with existing accounting or ERP systems such as Tally or SAP.
• Oversee API, microservices, and third-party integrations.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance to development and infrastructure teams.
• Review and approve system designs and technical documentation.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in system architecture and enterprise solution design
• Experience in high-value / low-volume industries (Jewelry, Luxury Retail, Fine Art preferred)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration architectures
• Expertise in data security, encryption, and audit trails
• Experience with hardware integration (RFID/NFC systems)
• Ability to design scalable systems for international expansion and e-commerce

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
