Business Development Manager

hiringplugtrade mark is an award-winning, fast-growing recruitment technology firm looking for a high-energy Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition across GCCs, MNCs, and high-growth companies in India.

This is a pure hunting role focused on opening doors, building relationships with HR stakeholders, and converting opportunities into active hiring mandates.

What Youll Do

• Drive new business acquisition via cold outreach, referrals, and existing connects
• Engage with CHROs, Talent Heads, and business leaders
• Convert conversations into mid to senior-level hiring mandates (lateral hiring)
  
• Build strong pipeline across GCCs, MNCs, and funded startups
• Position our recruitment solutions beyond CVs (speed, quality, niche hiring)
• Work closely with delivery/ Ops team to ensure closures

Experience

• 4–7 years in B2B sales / client acquisition

Get Hired
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Experience working with HR / Talent Acquisition stakeholders
• Proven presentation, conversion skills with immaculate english skills
• Exposure to GCCs / MNC clients
• Recruitment or hiring solutions sales experience

NCR/ Delhi location is preferred but not mandatory.
