Job Description
hiringplugtrade mark is an award-winning, fast-growing recruitment technology firm looking for a high-energy Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition across GCCs, MNCs, and high-growth companies in India.
This is a pure hunting role focused on opening doors, building relationships with HR stakeholders, and converting opportunities into active hiring mandates.
What Youll Do
- Drive new business acquisition via cold outreach, referrals, and existing connects
- Engage with CHROs, Talent Heads, and business leaders
- Convert conversations into mid to senior-level hiring mandates (lateral hiring)
- Build strong pipeline across GCCs, MNCs, and funded startups
- Position our recruitment solutions beyond CVs (speed, quality, niche hiring)
- Work closely with delivery/ Ops team to ensure closures
Who Should Apply
Sectors: Candidates from:
- Recruitment / Staffing firms (BD or 360 roles)
- Job boards or hiring platforms
- HR Tech / HRMS / SaaS companies selling into HR
Experience
- 4–7 years in B2B sales / client acquisition
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Experience working with HR / Talent Acquisition stakeholders
- Proven presentation, conversion skills with immaculate english skills
- Exposure to GCCs / MNC clients
- Recruitment or hiring solutions sales experience
