What Youll Do

• Identify and research potential client companies across technology, AI, SaaS, HFT and related sectors.
• Identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering and HR leaders.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Generate and qualify new business leads every day.
• Understand client hiring requirements, open positions, hiring timelines and budgets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS.
• Schedule discovery calls with the leadership team when a prospect shows interest.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and client needs.
• Contribute towards monthly business development and client onboarding targets.
