Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals in providing insightful financial analysis and planning support for strategic decision-making within the organization.

What you will do: Develop and implement robust financial models, budgets and forecasts to optimize the company's financial performance.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals.
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan and long-term financial forecasts.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance.
• 8+ years experience in FP&A, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
