Business Process Owner Technology And Applications

You will be part of the P&A QOCI team at Hitachi Energy, focusing on providing accurate insights for business performance analytics through data analysis, automated reporting, and predictive analytics. Your mission will be to support business decisions by ensuring alignment with agreed KPIs at Hitachi Energy level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the AI, Footprint, and Maps platforms to ensure high availability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business strategies.
• Define and implement robust IT Service Management and project management practices for digital and analytics initiatives.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions from concept to adoption, delivering measurable impact.
• Develop and maintain a digital transformation roadmap, prioritizing high-value initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to define solution architecture, data models, and analytics approaches addressing critical business needs.
• Lead cross-BU improvement projects applying AI/ML techniques to enhance process efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Skilled in structured problem-solving, process optimization, and driving measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Proficient in executive communication and stakeholder management across business units, geographies, and cultural contexts.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale organizational and technology transitions with a focus on adoption and sustainability.
• Combines strategic vision with operational execution, aligning initiatives with business priorities and long-term goals.

Qualifications Required:

• A master's degree or professional qualifications.
• 15+ years of experience leading continuous improvement, digital transformation, and AI programs globally.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
• Change management and continuous improvement expertise.
