Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will lead the complete end-to-end customer experience, coordinating and resolving critical technical issues while ensuring timely and complete problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include researching, documenting, and prioritizing customer issues, raising issues to Product Engineering when required, providing advanced technical support, and designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and run the resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring timely and complete problem solving
- Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, utilizing internal tools and escalation teams as necessary
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality
- Provide peer mentorship and create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency
- Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, debugging production code
- Provide detailed technical explanations to users with varying levels of technical expertise
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce and PSA systems, with Certinia/FinancialForce experience preferred

- Strong understanding of force.com data model and PSA processes
- Experience with integrations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus
- Proven track record of solving complex technical issues and leading cross-functional teams
