Job Description
- As a Backend Senior Developer at GlobalLogic, you will be a key part of the AGILE development team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade automation software in the banking and F&I industries. Your role will involve creating and maintaining cloud-based applications, web-based applications, and communication services to deliver performant, secure, and efficient solutions. You will provide innovative solutions to common business scenarios and leverage the latest technologies to advance the value of the OpCon automation platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with teammates to design, implement, deliver, and test backend code.
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated integration tests.
- Write and maintain specification documents.
- Create scalable, performant services to meet enterprise-scale requirements.
- Contribute to team-wide tooling for automating the development lifecycle.
- Perform peer software reviews to enforce coding standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by effective communication and collaboration with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
