Job Description
- Role Overview:
- Analyze business processes (Finance) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code
- Identify customer requirements and align them with technological capabilities and Microsoft's continuous release plans
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 - Finance
- Analyze, plan, configure, test, and implement D365 F&O Project Management Accounting Module at the client site
- Assist business users in defining business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Collaborate with AX/D365 F&O Technical team members for customization
- Work with the Project Team on AX/D365 F&O customizations testing, roll-out, and post-live support
- Educate and train Key Users at the client site
- Provide support to customers during UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phase
- Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, business practices, project implementation methodology, ERP implementation, configuration, system design, and data upload using Excel templates
- 1-4 years of experience within D365
- Specialization in Finance and PMA (Project Management and Accounting)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Hold 1-4 years of experience within D365

As an AX Functional Consultant at Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions, from pre-sales work through the project life cycle to go-live and ongoing support.
