International Business Development

We are looking for an SeniorExecutive International Business Development for Ceuticoz, to support global market expansion by acquiring new distributors and partners. This role focuses on lead generation, partner outreach, and early-stage relationship management across international markets. The position is based in Chandigarh and reports to the Head International Business.

• Generate international leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and databases
• Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and present the companys product portfolio to potential distributors and partners
  
• Manage the business development cycle from initial contact to contract closure, coordinating with internal teams
• Maintain lead pipelines, track progress, and share regular updates
• Conduct basic market research including distributor mapping, competitor analysis, and price positioning
• Ensure smooth handover of signed partners and first orders to internal teams
• Support onboarding and early engagement of newly signed distributors

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or related roles
• Exposure to export or international trade is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with comfort in global interactions
