Marketing Trainee

Role: Marketing Trainee

Location: Bhubaneswar (Field-Based)

Type: Full-Time

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Travel Allowance: Covered by Company

This is not a typical marketing trainee role.

We are looking for energetic individuals who possess a strong foundation in branding and marketing and are excited to gain hands-on experience in marketing execution, partnerships, community building, events, content creation, and business growth.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and the core team while contributing to the growth of a next-generation HealthTech and wellness startup.

• Execute online and offline branding campaigns
• Support social media, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives
• Strengthen HiWoxs brand visibility across Bhubaneswar

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, fitness centers, wellness experts, educational institutions, and community partners
• Support partnership meetings, collaborations, and business outreach
• Build and maintain strong local relationships

• Coordinate wellness camps, workshops, awareness drives, and corporate wellness programs
• Represent HiWox during events and promotional activities
• Assist in executing community-building initiatives

• Collect customer feedback and market insights
• Support photo/video shoots and digital marketing activities
• Identify local opportunities for brand growth and customer acquisition
  

1. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
2. Strong understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Comfortable interacting with professionals, customers, and partners
5. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
6. Passion for startups, healthcare, and wellness
   

• Own Bike
• Valid Driving License
• Willing to work extensively in the field across Bhubaneswar
• Must be able to relocate immediately whenever required by the company
• Comfortable with meeting clients, partners, and attending events regularly
