Business Process Analyst

EXO Edge is looking for experienced Business Process analysts to assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements and help enable effective outsourcing decisions. To ensure success, you should have detailed knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills, and a highly adaptable approach.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

• Meet with key stakeholders to set organizational goals, gather and analyze data and create reports based on recommendation


• Create process maps and communicate their findings with project controllers, project managers, and senior leadership


• Create value stream maps


• Conduct site visits to analyze processes and document observations



• Gather and process data to identify process performance areas


• Monitor the efficacy of updated workflows


• Stay up to date with the latest business practices and technologies

Bringing in the below education and experience:

• 3+ years as a Business Process Analyst in a global organization


• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area

Technically sound in:

• Working knowledge of Six Sigma Tools (Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification will be an added advantage)


• Experience of working on MS Project, MS Visio and other process mapping tools


• Proficiency with MS Office Suite of application
