Finance & Accounts Associate

EXO Edge is seeking motivated Associates who are ready to apply their knowledge of financial terms and principles. You will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, working on Accounts Payable operations, preparing reports, and learning about varied accounting activities.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:

Primarily focused on:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment


• Bank reconciliations


• Vendor reconciliations


• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation


• Month-end close activities

Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

• Manage assigned activities for the client


• Work closely with the team to ensure quality parameters and TAT are met


• Undertake available internal and external training to improve yourself


• Continually work to increase client satisfaction and ensure that we consistently deliver superior technical solutions to customers


• Keeping yourself abreast on the information security policies

Bringing in the below:

• 0-2 years of experience managing global clients


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  


• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  


• Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting major


• Aptitude for mathematics
  


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to multitask
  


• Comfortable working in 24*7 operations
