Job Description

Position Title: Asst Manager- Marketing
Job Location: Meru Group of Schools (Miyapur, Tellapur)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Awards Management: Ensure Meru School receives accolades from leading educational publications and magazines.
  2. Lead Generation: Drive low Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and high conversion rates through integrated digital and offline marketing strategies.
  3. Marketing Campaigns (ATL/BTL): Plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) events and Above The Line (ATL) initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  4. Annual Marketing Plan: Develop a comprehensive blueprint for the year's marketing activities, securing budget approvals in advance.
  5. Market Expansion: Strategize and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to explore and develop new markets.
  6. Social Media Management & Online Reputation Management (ORM): Manage and enhance engagement across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google My Business (GMB).
  7. Sponsorships: Collaborate with brands for event sponsorships ensuring profitability and brand alignment.
  8. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, including trends, segmentation, competitor schools comparison, pricing strategies, and best practices implementation.
  9. Website Maintenance: Oversee website performance metrics such as traffic, session duration, user engagement, content updates, backlinks, and bounce rate management.
  10. Performance Marketing: Monitor and optimize Google Ad campaigns, preparing detailed reports on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Click (CPC) for management review.
  11. School Public Relations (PR): Promote school events and achievements through effective PR strategies.

  12. Team Training & Mentoring: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance marketing team capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.
  4. Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  5. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
