2026 is the year hoichoi becomes an AI-native company — embedding GenAI across content, growth, product, finance, and HR. The AI Transformation Lead is the person who makes that happen.

The Opportunity

This is a company-defining role. As our AI Transformation Lead, you are the connective tissue between strategic intent and actual workflow change. You will work directly with the Leadership and functional leads to identify the highest-ROI AI opportunities, design and run transformation sprints, and ensure AI tools move from pilot to daily habit — delivering impact in weeks, not quarters.

You wont just advise; you will build, implement, and measure — leading the charge on embedding AI capabilities across every function.

What Youll Do

• Lead AI diagnostic audits across functions (content, growth, product, finance, HR) — map workflows, quantify pain points, identify data assets, and surface the top 3 GenAI use cases per team.
• Design and run focused AI transformation sprints: combining process discovery, rapid prototyping, tool selection, and implementation planning — moving decisions in weeks, not quarters.
• Own the AI platform roadmap alongside internal teams — defining what data streams we aggregate, how AI surfaces insights, and how workflows connect to it.
  
• Partner with Engineers and the product team to design and deploy automated, AI-driven workflows using off-the-shelf SaaS tools, low-code platforms, and our internal capabilities.
• Lead change management and enablement: build training programs, run workshops, develop internal AI champions, and measure adoption and ROI post-implementation.
• Work directly with C-suite and functional leads to maintain alignment, surface risks early, and ensure every AI initiative has a measurable business outcome.
• Translate field learnings into repeatable playbooks; contribute to our internal AI knowledge base; and represent hoichoi externally as an AI-forward organisation.
• Track the AI tools landscape — evaluate new tools, run structured pilots, and maintain a living AI stack for the organisation.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or a consulting-adjacent role (Big 4, boutique strategy, or in-house transformation) — with a track record of leading engagements from diagnosis through to live implementation, not just advisory handoff.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end digital transformation programmes: scoping, stakeholder alignment, implementation, adoption measurement, and iterating on what isnt working.
• Formal process mapping skills — you have documented as-is workflows, identified waste and friction, and designed to-be states using structured methodologies such as value stream mapping, swimlane diagrams, or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows — using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms — in a real business context.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: comfortable presenting to C-suite, running workshops, and writing clear implementation specs.
• Change management muscle — you know that technology adoption is 20% tool and 80% people, and youve led the people side before.
