Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including Sales, Operations, Technology, Product, and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer release and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Drive offer acceptance and joining conversions through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate data on Keka.
- Track hiring targets, turnaround time, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure to hiring across multiple departments and functions.
- Candidates with a travel industry or travel-tech background will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
