HomeGrown is a Dubai-based startup on a mission to transform how people access fresh food at home. Through beautifully designed hydroponic systems and innovative approaches to gardening, we make sustainable living effortless and accessible.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our young and dynamic team for a 6-month internship (with the possibility of extension into a paid role based on performance). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and campaign management within the growing agri-tech and lifestyle sector.

What You'll Do

• Create and deliver marketing materials including social media posts, reels, brochures, and other content.
• Help develop fresh content ideas that align with our brand and mission.
• Support and eventually lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  
• Collaborate closely with the founders to grow HomeGrown's brand presence.

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or a recent graduate eager to learn).
• Creative mindset with an interest in design, branding, and social media.
• Comfortable using Canva, PowerPoint, and basic video editing software.
• Good proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic skills are a plus.
• Able to travel independently to different sites

  Get Hired

• Proactive, eager to take initiative, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas.
