• About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Pre-Sales Calling Executive to connect with potential customers interested in home interiors, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales and design teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming leads.
• Understand customers requirements, budgets, timelines, and interior design preferences.
• Explain HomeLanes interior design services and schedule customer consultations.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales and design teams.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to convince customers, handle objections, and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, real estate, or interior design is preferred.
