v Preparing monthly Sales register with Sales reconciliation.
v Timely prepare (GSTR1/GSTR3B) working.
v Preparing month end RCM/Cross charge data & Invoicing.
v Tax condition Sales & Purchase.
v GST 2A reconciliation Monthly & Yearly.
v Daily processing vendor bills receiving through SAP MIRO / MIGO.
v Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
v Resolves customer invoicing disputes by working with internal teams.
v Generate weekly reports of accounts receivable.
v Regular contact with clients to ensure payment.
v Recording vendor invoices and provisions as per accounting policy.
v Supplier account reconciliations.
v Vendor rejection debit note processing and procuring the credit note against it.
v Vendor Payment proposal checking for daily receiving MIRO Invoice.
v Monthly Plant level stock tacking activity with teamwork.
v Bank Payment and reconciliations.
