Job Description
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and supporting PCSM (Power curve Strategy Management) product. You possess proficiency in Strategy Code and scorecard module comprehension. Additionally, you have sound knowledge of credit policies across various loan types including small business loan, property loan, personal loans, asset-based loans, and auto loan. Your strong grasp of Core Java fundamentals, including collections, multi-threading, and file handling, is evident. You are familiar with Java development and scripting languages such as XML, Groovy, and XSD, with practical development skills considered advantageous.
In your previous involvement in lending domain projects, you have demonstrated the ability to implement Business Rule Engine (BRE) while comprehensively understanding key processes such as requirement gathering, documentation (HLD, LLD, DLS, etc.), policy configuration, and SIT/UAT testing. Your proven track record in solution design and proficiency in design documentation are commendable. You are competent in Linux/UNIX environments for application installation and maintenance. Your good understanding of web services technologies such as REST and SOAP is noteworthy. You also have experience in delivering projects within agile frameworks like agile scrum or agile lean.
