Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a System Administrator, your main responsibility will be to maintain, upgrade, and manage the software, hardware, and networks of the company. Your resourcefulness will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving problems quickly. Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and users is essential to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Linux and Windows system/servers, with or without VM
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Deploy products and automate deployment processes
- Manage network servers, user accounts, and technology tools
- Monitor performance and maintain systems as per requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Create an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Utilize experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management

- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, Java, or other languages
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Qualifications Required:
- BE/Btech with specialization in IT or Computer Science
