Job Description
This job requires the incumbent to work 6 days a week from office.
Location : Udyog Kendra - 1, Ecotech -3, Greater Noida West.
Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the sales team.
- Follow up on orders & payment recovery
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Enthusiastic towards customers query solving and escalation handling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in administration or a related field or any graduate.
- A minimum of 6months -02 Year experience.

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
