Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate, based in Thane.

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and successful experience with Houzeos platform.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and proactively ensuring customer retention.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer interactions and provide insightful recommendations for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Customer Retention and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional and effective customer interaction
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of real estate platforms is an advantage
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred,
