Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment life.

2.Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues in robotic systems, including PLC troubleshooting and resolving communication issues between different PLC systems.

3.Vision System Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot vision systems used in the assembly line, ensuring accurate operation for quality control.

5.Sensing Devices: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various sensing devices in the assembly line to ensure accurate and safe operation.

6. Electrical Hoists: Maintain and repair electrical hoists, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

7. Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and parts replaced.

8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

10. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and coordinate maintenance during non-peak hours to reduce disruptions.

11. Training: Provide training to operators and junior technicians on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.

12.Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
