Head - IFA Distribution - BFSI

Role Overview:

Company is hiring a Head of IFA to lead macro-distribution across key regional territories (North or South India).

You will lead from the front, establish key MFD networks, and scale our distribution platform to massive volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Massive AUM Scaling: Deliver $50M in AUM in Year 1 across your designated geography.
• Large-Scale Intermediary Network: Onboard 500+ active MFDs/IFAs within 12 months through strategic partnerships, events, and ground execution.
• Thought Leadership & Regional Execution: Represent Spring Street in regional industry forums, publish regular market insights, and mentor regional sales leads by example.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of distribution experience, currently serving as a Regional Head or Zonal Head at a top AMC or wealth distribution platform (e.g., AssetPlus, Wealthy, Centricity).
• Well-respected figure in the IFA community who writes regularly and actively engages with industry networks.
• Intense, highly numbers-driven personality looking for significant wealth-creation upside rather than a plain cash increment.
