Role Description The Senior Cost Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring cost reports, budgets, and variance analyses to support informed business decisions. Daily tasks include maintaining cost accounting records, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements related to production, inventory, and overhead. The Senior Cost Accountant collaborates with operations and finance teams to review cost structures, optimize resource utilization, and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards. The role also involves supporting audits, contributing to financial planning, and recommending process improvements for greater efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Cost Accounting skills, including cost analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and related management reports.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger maintenance.
