As a strategic HR partner to the Tech & Product teams, this role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving talent management, succession planning, and strategic headcount initiatives
• Leading performance reviews and change management efforts across business units
• Coaching junior managers to build leadership capabilities and resolve employee issues
• Evaluating training programs and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Reviewing and implementing best practices in policies, incentives, and recognition frameworks
• Managing employee engagement in collaboration with internal HR teams
• Overseeing end-to-end talent lifecycle in partnership with recruitment
• Providing day-to-day guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of HRBP experience in Tech & Product domains
• Strong stakeholder management and internal communication skills
• Business acumen with understanding of product metrics and financial impact
• Advisory mindset with the ability to influence without authority
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
