Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Coordinate with Statutory & Internal Auditor for timely completion of audits
• 2. Overview Capex - Budget vs Actuals and evaluating project visibility
• 3. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed across all processes.
• 4. Conduct cost-saving analysis and identify opportunities for financial optimisation.
• 5. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• 6. Identify areas of improvement within the department, including automation and time-saving initiatives.
• 7. Prepare periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• 8. Assist in preparing monthly variance analysis for Budget vs. Actuals.
• 9. Oversee monthly TDS payments and filing of returns for all entities.
• 10. Support the preparation of Tax Audit Reports and Income Tax Return (ITR) schedules.
• 11. Verify, confirm, and finalise data for Income Tax / GST assessments.
• 12. Provide support in new projects and process alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountancy (CA) is mandatory.
• 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controls.
• Relevant experience in finance, accounts, audit, or taxation roles.
• Knowledge of Indian statutory and regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST)
