Job Description
About The Role
We are seeking an SAP MM Functional Consultant with a minimum 6 year experience in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP MM.
Requirements
- Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions such as identify, interpret, validate inclusive of documenting customer requirements.
- Facilitating workshops to collect business requirements.
- Expertise in mapping client business requirements, processes and objectives such as developing necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs.
- Designing, customizing, configuring and testing of MM such as identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Serve as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and resolve software issues.
- Handling changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues such as document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
