Job Description
- Debt/Equity Fund raising from ventures funds and private equity firms/ Banks.
- Handling End to end finance activities.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly cost and revenue schedules
- Business planning, budgeting modelling.
- Preparation of Tax compliances
- Preparation of reports for investors, financial models for valuation and presentations for Board
- Setting up closing procedure and sharing MIS with management investor .
- Managing Equity, Debt, Corporate accounts, MIS and preparation of financial statements as per applicable financial reporting framework .
- Liaising with auditors, Lawyers, Tax authorities on daily basis.
