Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive / Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and statutory compliance processes for our corporate and project site teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR analytics in a project-based organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, coordination, and onboarding).
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Maintain candidate and employee database in HRIS/Excel.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Manage daily attendance and leave records through biometric or eSSL systems.
- Coordinate with Admin and Accounts for monthly payroll inputs.
- Validate attendance, leave, and overtime data before payroll processing.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle grievance redressal and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support internal communication, announcements, and team events.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory acts PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
- Maintain HR records such as personnel files, insurance, and ID cards.
- Assist in HR audit and documentation for ISO and client compliance.
Performance & HR Reporting
- Support appraisal process coordination and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Generate daily/weekly HR dashboards (attendance, manpower, recruitment, etc.).

- Prepare HR-related presentations and reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / Social Work.
- 2–4 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist (preferably in Construction, Engineering, or Project-based industry).
- Good knowledge of Excel, HRIS tools , and MS Office.
- Sound understanding of labour laws, payroll process, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle field/project HR operations independently.
