Position Summary
A highly organized and dependable Personal Secretary responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain and update calendars
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Manage and archive company records and confidential documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
- Ensure office supplies and administrative materials are well stocked
