• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and legal compliance as per Factory Act.
  
• Conduct regular shop-floor safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
  
• Ensure proper usage of PPE and enforce safety discipline among employees and contract workers.
  
• Conduct induction training, toolbox talks, and monthly safety training.
  
• Prepare and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RA), and permit-to-work systems (PTW).
  
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare RCA & CAPA reports.
  
• Conduct emergency preparedness drills and monitor fire safety systems.
  
• Maintain safety documentation, statutory records, and support internal & external audits (ISO 45001).

  Get Hired
• Ensure chemical, machine, and electrical safety compliance.
  
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to safety norms during high-risk activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant engineering field.
  
• Mandatory: Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) / Fire & Safety / NEBOSH (added advantage).
  
• 25 years of experience in manufacturing / automotive / engineering industries.
  
• Strong knowledge of PPE, LOTO, PTW, JSA, RA, chemical safety, and statutory norms.
  
• Good communication, reporting, and observation skills.
  
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
