• Location: Nagpur, India (Onsite)
• Experience Range: 5 - 10 Years
• Must-Have Experience:

• Managed end-to-end statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings for an organization.
• Led or played a primary role in coordinating internal and statutory audits with external auditors.
• Prepared monthly/quarterly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis reports for senior leadership.
• Managed day-to-day cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Managed financial operations within a Software, SaaS, or IT Services company.
• Led a small team of accountants or finance executives.
• Implemented or migrated to a new ERP or financial accounting system.

Domain Knowledge:

• Corporate Taxation
• Statutory Auditing
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

• Must Education Requirements:
• CA (Chartered Accountant) OR MBA in Finance
• Ideal Background:

The ideal candidate is a CA or MBA finance professional with 5-10 years of experience managing core accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. They have a proven track record of handling statutory audits and preparing MIS reports for leadership, ideally within a services or technology-driven business environment.
