Human Resource Data Analyst

EisnerAmper is seeking a HR Analyst to join our Bangalore office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, insights on a monthly basis
• Extract and transform data from Workday and other systems as necessary, providing consolidated, accurate reporting and analysis
• Consult with HR partners and stakeholders for consistent HR needs (ex., to identify metrics which help measure impact and effectiveness).
• Provide insight by transforming large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends and visualizations for use by executives, HR, operations, and other internal departments
• Help in evaluating and assessing projects and keep HR partners and stakeholders updated regarding prioritization and progress
• Deliver complex projects from beginning to end, including ideation, data mining, strategy formulation, and presentation of results and recommendations
• Facilitate the development of research / ad-hoc requests with appropriate HRSS member to address partners/stakeholder needs
• Ensure information is provided in alignment with governance models (Data privacy)
• Be the trusted partner to HR stakeholders in delivering the best solutions through a dynamic and innovative relationship within the HRSS team members
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, insights on a monthly basis

Basic Qualifications For The Opportunity

• Expertise in Power BI
• 2 to 4 plus years of experience in People analytics and the use of HR Data to tell stories
• Proven track record of service excellence
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills
• Proficiency with systems and data management and analysis tools
• Strategic thinking – ability to leverage data and analytics to deliver unique insights and solutions to complex business challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication
