Product & Delivery Manager - IT

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Product and Delivery Manager who will shape our product roadmap, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, and drive the overall success of our healthcare platform.
You'll work closely with the Product Engineering, User Experience (UX), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and leadership - while also engaging directly with clients and users to gather continuous product feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company vision and customer needs
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients
- Conduct regular client interactions, demos, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs and pain points
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes when necessary
- Champion user experience and ensure product decisions are data-driven and evidence-based
- Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure a seamless product development lifecycle
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on client feedback, analytics, and market trends
Delivery Management:
- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives - from discovery through launch and iteration
- Build and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure sprint goals are met
- Identify risks and dependencies early, and collaborate with teams to unblock progress
- Maintain transparency by regularly updating leadership and clients on progress, blockers, and solutions
- Foster an agile, high-performance team culture with clear communication and accountability
Qualifications:
- 3 - 8 years of experience in product management, project delivery, or a related role - preferably in health tech, SaaS, or consumer technology sectors
- Experience working directly with clients, gathering structured feedback, and translating it into actionable product requirements
- Strong technical understanding of digital products, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and manage expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid changes, and "building from scratch"
- Bonus: familiarity with healthcare standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), or clinical workflows
