Senior US IT Recruitment Analyst - Immediate joiner
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle both inbound and outbound recruitment activities for onsite opportunities across the United States.
Partner closely with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines.
Recruit for niche and emerging technology roles, including:
1. Generative AI
2. Data Engineering
3. Data Science

4. Machine Learning
5. Cloud Technologies
6. Software Development
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, technical pre-assessments, and qualification checks.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while maintaining recruitment metrics and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, reporting, and recruitment strategy discussions.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer closures.
- Maintain compliance with client requirements, documentation standards, and recruitment best practices.
- Track recruitment activities using ATS and generate recruitment reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working with W2 hiring requirements and direct client engagements.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for technology and engineering positions.
