Technical Product Manager - Legal & Compliance

The Product Management team supporting Legal and Compliance is responsible for driving technological solutions that support critical compliance functions across the firm.
- You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, working closely with engineering, design, business, and other front- and back-office teams to develop and launch new products and features.

- You will develop and maintain the product roadmap, working with senior leadership in Compliance to create a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the firms overall goals and objectives, and continuously update the roadmap based on user feedback, project prioritization, and other factors.
- You will work closely with the business to understand business needs, define product requirements, scope open-ended projects, and conceptualize effective solutions.
- You will conduct technical design and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and end-user needs, and partner with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure products are delivered on time and according to specifications.
- You will continuously monitor product usage and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and use data to make informed decisions about product development and prioritization, including identifying technical debt and developing plans to address it in a timely manner.
- You will also develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements documents, user guides, and other necessary documentation, conduct product training and enablement, and stay upto date on industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for the product suite.
- Furthermore, you will manage product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared, and manage project backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements based on end-user feedback and business needs.
