We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Account Executive (AE) to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles, developing long-term client relationships, and closing mid to large-sized deals across international markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new B2B sales opportunities for our SaaS solutions through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business challenges to deliver tailored solutions of high strategic value.
- Manage long and consultative B2B sales cycles, with an average deal size of USD 20,000 or more.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, and product) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic territory planning and disciplined pipeline management.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine outreach and sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology domain.
- Strong background in managing long sales cycles and handling mid-ticket deals ($20,000+).
- Experience selling into European and North American markets is essential.
- Prior exposure to selling to Publishers, EdTech companies, or Industry Associations is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across senior decision levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales automation tools.
