About the Role:
Hurix Digital is expanding its Technology Services division , and we are looking for a seasoned Sales Hunter with deep industry connections and a mandate to deliver results fast. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for unlocking new client relationships within your first quarter , leveraging your prior network in the IT services, digital transformation, and product engineering space. Ideal candidates have successfully sold tech solutions or IT services to enterprises, ISVs, or digital businesses and can immediately contribute to revenue through established client contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Generation:
- Use your personal network to quickly open doors and secure meetings with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Digital Heads, Procurement).
- Identify high-potential opportunities in verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, EdTech, Retail, or Media & Publishing.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle-lead generation, client engagement, solution pitching, RFPs, negotiation, and closure.
Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery:
- Achieve defined revenue targets within 90-120 days of joining through new logo acquisition.
- Maintain a rolling pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting and deal conversion metrics.
Solution Selling & Pre-Sales Collaboration:
- Understand client needs across product engineering, web/mobile development, platform migration, QA/testing, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical SMEs to craft compelling solution proposals.
- Account Strategy & Growth:
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
- Represent Hurix Technologies at industry events, webinars, and networking forums to strengthen visibility and deal flow.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-10 years of sales or business development experience in IT services, digital engineering, or software solutions.
- Proven ability to generate tech services revenue within 1-2 quarters through existing relationships.
- Familiarity with offshore/nearshore delivery models and custom application development.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Network includes mid to senior-level tech and digital decision-makers in enterprise or mid-market companies.

- Exposure to the US, UK, or APAC markets is highly preferred.
