Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in hiring processes: job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new employees into hotel culture.
- Training & Development
- Organize training sessions on hospitality standards, safety, and customer service.
- Monitor employee progress and recommend skill development initiatives.
- Employee Relations
- Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Promote engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain employee records and assist in audits.
- Performance Management
- Help managers conduct appraisals and track KPIs.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve staff performance.

Skills & Qualifications
- Essential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and hospitality standards.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of hotel industry experience, with at least 2 year in a supervisory / Executive HR role
- Fluency in English and local languages for effective communication.
