Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Supervise IT staff, assign tasks, and provide training.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard IT personnel.
- Systems & Infrastructure
- Ensure smooth operation of networks, servers, and hardware.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and systems.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement cybersecurity measures and monitor threats.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Project Management
- Plan and execute IT projects (system upgrades, migrations, integrations).
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 57 years of IT experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
