Hyperloop Consultancy Group is offering an opportunity for Legal Interns to gain practical exposure in the field of Real Estate Law, RERA, Cooperative Housing Society (CHS) Laws, and Redevelopment Projects. This internship is ideal for law students looking to build a strong foundation in property and redevelopment legal frameworks.

• Assist in drafting legal documents, agreements, notices, and correspondence
  
• Support RERA registration and compliance documentation
• Conduct legal research on real estate laws, society laws, and redevelopment regulations
• Assist in title verification and property due diligence
• Support legal work related to society redevelopment projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist in documentation and record management
• Attend client/society meetings (if required)

• Pursuing LLB (3-year or 5-year course)
• Strong interest in Real Estate / Property Law / RERA / Society Laws

• Basic legal drafting and research skills
