- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and warehousing operations
- Drive initiatives focused on improving efficiency, operational excellence, and customer experience
- Implement processes and mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery of Hyperpure products, while maintaining cost and quality standards
- Identify and analyse significant issues and bottlenecks in the order delivery process
- Responsible to train and drive warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate operations
- Lead collaborative initiatives with product, operations, and support teams to enhance customer experience
- Lead logistics processes to ensure timely and loss-free delivery of products
