• Job Summary:
• We are seeking enthusiastic professionals for our International Voice Process team. 
• The role involves interacting with global customers via phone to resolve queries, provide support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 
• Candidates must have strong communication skills,adaptability to different accents, and willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage escalations professionally and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
• Maintain call logs, records, and documentation in CRM tools.
• Adhere to process compliance, call quality, and data security standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders and trainers for continuous process improvement.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Commerce Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in international voice process
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
