Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Strategy and Development:
- Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop engaging email campaigns, including newsletters, drip sequences, promotional blasts, and reactivation flows.
- Content Creation & Messaging: Craft compelling email copy that aligns with the brands tone and visuals, working with designers to ensure on-brand creative assets.
- Audience Segmentation: Build targeted campaigns for different customer segments using insights from data platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, and Attentive.
- Lifecycle Campaigns: Design automated email flows for customer onboarding, abandoned cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and special promotions.
