Job Overview:
The M365 Presales & Delivery Lead at Krish Services Group Inc., based in Bangalore, India, will lead the Modern Workplace practice with a strong focus on Presales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery Leadership. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of working directly with clients in the US market, leading pre-sales engagements, defining Microsoft-based solutions, and driving successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in technical presales for the US market, including customer discovery, solution design, proposal creation, effort estimation, and executive-level presentations. The role will work closely with sales, delivery, and offshore teams to drive business growth and ensure successful execution of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Presales & Solution Architecture:
- Actively participate in pre-sales and technical sales activities, including leading discovery workshops, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Engage closely with sales teams and client stakeholders to thoroughly understand their business challenges and objectives, translating these requirements into scalable solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), RFP/RFI responses, and detailed solution documentation to support sales efforts and delivery planning.
- Define the overall solution architecture, recommending suitable Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and other Microsoft 365 services aligned to client requirements.
- Develop solution roadmaps, effort estimations, delivery timelines, and resource plans to support business development and project execution.
- Conduct technical discussions with customer stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation strategies during the solution design phase.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies for customer opportunities and support deal closure activities.
2. Technical Leadership & Architecture Governance:
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform engagements.
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Review technical designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft recommended practices.
- Mentor architects, consultants, and developers to drive technical excellence.
3. Delivery Oversight & Global Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects and alignment with customer expectations.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout implementation and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless execution, quality assurance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Participate in project governance activities including architecture reviews, sprint planning, status reviews, and delivery checkpoints.
4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
- Recommend innovative solutions that enhance customer value and business outcomes.
- Evaluate third-party integrations and complementary technologies to extend Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solution architecture and delivery.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on Presales/Solution Consulting experience supporting customers in the US market (Mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience leading customer discovery sessions, workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Strong experience in preparing technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution architectures, effort estimations, and project plans.
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Teams, and broader Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
- Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform are highly preferred.
