Job Description

You will collaborate directly with the founding team on core AI model development and strategy. You will fine-tune and customize LLMs for specific use cases and performance requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate and benchmark different language models to determine optimal solutions. It will be your responsibility to optimize model performance using LoRA, QLoRA, and other parameter-efficient methods. You will also implement and experiment with RLHF workflows, design and execute training pipelines for custom model development, and research and implement cutting-edge techniques in model optimization and efficiency. Your creativity will be showcased as you create new AI solutions that solve real-world problems at scale and lead technical initiatives while mentoring junior team members as the team grows.
Qualifications Required:
- Solid experience in AI model development and strategy
- Proficiency in fine-tuning and customizing language models for specific use cases
- Strong knowledge of evaluating and benchmarking different language models
- Familiarity with optimizing model performance using various methods
- Experience in implementing RLHF workflows and designing training pipelines
- Ability to research and implement cutting-edge techniques in model optimization
