About the Business Group:
The Transaction Banking Group at ICICI Bank services corporate clients across the country for their Cash Management and Trade Finance requirements. The group aims to service the requirements of import and export businesses (both domestic and cross-border) under Trade Finance and payments & collections under Cash Management. Transaction Banking is deeply interlinked with clients across Large Corporate Groups (LCG), Small and medium Enterprises (SME), MSMEs, Government Institutions, and PSUs. Clients are serviced by the on-ground team of Account Managers and Customer Service Managers ably supported by the Product Design team.

About the Role:
As an Accounts Manager Transaction Banking Group, you will manage corporate clients' requirements across Trade Finance, Cash Management, payments, receivables, and other banking solutions. The role involves enhancing relationship value, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions through a customer 360-degree approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Transaction Banking relationships with corporate clients.
- Drive relationship value through Trade Finance and Cash Management solutions.
- Understand client requirements across payments, collections, and trade finance.
- Identify cross-sell and relationship-deepening opportunities.
- Generate leads through customers, vendors, dealers, and curated databases.
- Source and onboard new corporate relationships.
- Understand market dynamics, competition, industry trends, and economic factors.
- Collaborate with product, distribution, and business teams.
- Facilitate day-to-day corporate banking requirements.
- Leverage technology platforms to improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
